WHAT: Activities Fair is an event during New Student Orientation to introduce new (and returning) students to Stanford's 600+ student groups. Organized by the Office of Student Activities, it provides all students the opportunity to talk to existing group members and leaders.

I'm not a student group. Can I participate in the Activities Fair?
Only registered student groups that are listed as "Approved" in either the 2007-08 or 2008-09 Registration year in the myGroups Student Group Database may participate
Where will my table be?
Tables are assigned by the category you choose. We do not assign individual tables until right before the fair. We do not accept requests for individual table placements
What if I am a new group?
As long as you have completed registration in myGroups, then you can participate in the fair. If you do not yet have an ASSU number, just click the box that says so and then contact the ASSU / SSE CapGroup Bank at capgroup-bm@sse.stanford.edu to request one.
How do we pay?
If you have an ASSU number and enter it on the form, we will automatically deduct the amount from your account. If you have other payment issues please email Troy Steinmetz at tstein32@stanford.edu
