University Facilities

The following locations can be reserved through: Course & Room Scheduling Office, Old Union 132, 723-6755.

Forms required: PE-100 Use of University Facilities; SU-13 Interdepartmental Request; SU-40 Work Order and ASSU Purchase Order.

*Note: Use the SU-13 for auditorium techs, and use the SU-40 for janitorial services.

*Note: Also note, Stanford University Policy forbids any food or drink in the academic classrooms at any time, for any reason.

*Note: New policy: It is against the Fire Safety Laws to have a reception, or any other type of event, in the hallways in a building, or under the arches outside a building. Even one small table for registration in these locations would violate the law.

The following locations can be reserved through: Tresidder Meeting Services, Tresidder Union, second floor, 723-4314.
