Updates to the info regarding your student group -- including but not limited to a change of financial officer -- are handled through myGroups. The group's president or financial officer should login by clicking the button near the top right corner of the myGroups page and proceed to editing the appropriate details of the registration.
For leadership transitions at the end of the year, rather than modify the existing registration, the current president or FO should select the option to create a new registration for the next school year. This should be completed each spring even if the group's officers are not changing.
